You may unsubscribe/opt-out from receiving such communications and newsletters from vexorliving at any time by following the procedure set forth on the Website.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS :- Notice: All notices from VELVET HOME DECOR will be served by email to the account designated by you or by general notification on the Website. Any notice to be provided to VELVET HOME DECOR pursuant to the Terms should be sent to velvethomedecor5859@gmail.com. • Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer the Terms, or any rights hereunder to any third party. VELVET HOME DECOR ’s rights under the Terms of Use arefreely transferable by VELVET HOME DECOR to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your consent. • Severability: If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the same shall not affect the provisions of any other portion of the Terms. In any event, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision. • Waiver: Any failure by VELVET HOME DECOR to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or right. • Feedback and Information: Any feedback You provide to this Website shall be deemed to be non-confidential. VELVET HOMEDECOR shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, You represent and warrant that (i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of You or of third parties; (ii) VELVET HOME DECOR is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; and (iii) You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from VELVETHOME DECOR for the feedback under any circumstances. Exactness Not Guaranteed: We at VELVET HOME DECOR try our best to deliver products exactly the way they appear on the site. However, the nature and tendency of Natural Wood/Stone/Resin based products are that each piece of furniture is unique in its own way. VELVET HOME DECOR hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness of the finish or appearance of the final product ordered by the user over and above generally acceptable standards on the same. The qualityof any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations. • In the event of any significant material damage to the product, the customer must notify VEXORLIVING immediately with photographic evidence of the damaged product via email to velvethomedecor5859@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. A representative from VELVET HOME DECOR will review the evidence, and if it is found valid, VELVET HOME DECOR will communicate with you to provide a replacement. If the replacement product is also damaged, and VELVET HOME DECOR finds the evidence from you valid, then your order will be canceled, and you will be fully refunded via your initial method of payment. In all these cases, arrangements will be made to collect the damaged product. You agree in this instance, VELVET HOME DECOR will make the final judgment on whether a product has been significantly damaged.
- DISCOUNTS AND SALE :- The sale is applicable only to VELVET HOME DECOR products. • Orders falling between the 2 increments are not given additional discounts off. • All discounts and offers on the website are excluding GST.
- PAYMENT 2.1 :- . A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to process the Customer’s order. 2.2. For offline orders, complete payment is required before processing the order, and for online orders, complete payment is required before delivery. 2.3. The Customer may pay by cash or cheque, and in case of cheque payment, the Customer must deposit the cheque in any of VELVET HOME DECOR ’s bank accounts provided. The cheque must be credited to VELVET HOME DECOR ’s account before the scheduled delivery date. 2.4. Prior to delivery, the Customer must ensure that there is sufficient space in their room for VELVET HOME DECOR ’s executives to install the furniture. If there is insufficient space, VELVET HOME DECOR ’s executives will reschedule installation. 2.5. For deliveries, the Customer or their authorized representative must be present to sign the delivery challan and provide feedback on the quality, quantity and condition of the goods. The Customer must provide this information to VELVET HOME DECOR ’s customer care team at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. 2.6. If the Customer cancels or reschedules delivery within 24 hours of confirmation, redelivery charges will apply. Delivery rescheduling charges will be communicated to the Customer on a case-by-case basis and must be paid 24 hours prior to the rescheduled delivery. 2.7. Storage charges will become applicable 7 days after the product is ready to be delivered by VELVET HOME DECOR . If the Customer is unable to receive the goods within 7 days, storage charges of INR 1000 per product per week will apply and must be paid before the delivery is scheduled. 2.8. If the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect, VELVET HOME DECOR will offer free re-work and delivery.
- DELAY :- If orders are delayed for more than 4 weeks from the order delivery date for catalog products, the Customer may cancel the order, and VELVET HOME DECOR will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer. 3.2. For delays of less than 4 weeks from the order delivery date, advance payments will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For delays of more than 1 week from the order delivery date, VELVET HOME DECORG will provide a compensation discount of 1.5% of the order value per week until a maximum of 2 weeks or the 3rd week from the order delivery date. 3.3. If customized products are delayed for more than 5 weeks from the order delivery date, the Customer may cancel the order, and VELVET HOME DECOR will refund the entire amount paid. 3.4. For delays of less than 5 weeks from the order delivery date, advance payments will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For delays of more than 1 week from the order delivery date, VELVET HOME DECOR will provide a compensation discount of 1.5% of the order value per week until a maximum of 2 weeks or the 3rd week from the order delivery date
