Delivery Information
PAYMENT 2.1 :- . A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to process the Customer’s order. 2.2. For offline orders, complete payment is required before processing the order, and for online orders, complete payment is required before delivery. 2.3. The Customer may pay by cash or cheque, and in case of cheque payment, the Customer must deposit the cheque in any of VELVET HOME DECOR ’s bank accounts provided. The cheque must be credited to VELVET HOME DECOR ’s account before the scheduled delivery date. 2.4. Prior to delivery, the Customer must ensure that there is sufficient space in their room for VELVET HOME DECOR ’s executives to install the furniture. If there is insufficient space, VELVET HOME DECOR ’s executives will reschedule installation. 2.5. For deliveries, the Customer or their authorized representative must be present to sign the delivery challan and provide feedback on the quality, quantity and condition of the goods. The Customer must provide this information to VELVET HOME DECOR ’s customer care team at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. 2.6. If the Customer cancels or reschedules delivery within 24 hours of confirmation, redelivery charges will apply. Delivery rescheduling charges will be communicated to the Customer on a case-by-case basis and must be paid 24 hours prior to the rescheduled delivery. 2.7. Storage charges will become applicable 7 days after the product is ready to be delivered by VELVET HOME DECOR . If the Customer is unable to receive the goods within 7 days, storage charges of INR 1000 per product per week will apply and must be paid before the delivery is scheduled. 2.8. If the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect, VELVET HOME DECOR will offer free re-work and delivery.
